Leitung Einkauf & Logistik Winterthur (100 %)
Einkauf & Logistik Winterthur (ELW) ist ein Dienstleistungsbetrieb im Departement Schule und Sport der Stadt Winterthur, dessen Kernkompetenz in der professionellen und effizienten Beschaffung sowie Verteilung von Verbrauchs- und Investitionsgütern liegt. Unsere Hauptkunden sind die Schulen der Stadt Winterthur.Für die Abteilung Einkauf & Logistik suchen wir per 1. Dezember 2024 oder nach Vereinbarung eine teamorientierte, proaktive Persönlichkeit, die sich aktiv einbringt.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Führen und stärken von ELW als Beschaffungskompetenzzentrum
- Führung von 12 Mitarbeitenden
- Verantwortung für die Planung und Durchführung von Submissionen sowie Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten kostenbewusst führen
- Finanzielle Führung (Profit Center) der Abteilung; Budgetierung zuhanden des Stadtparlamentes, Begründung der Rechnung bei parlamentarischen Kommissionen
Ihr Profil
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit hohem technischen Verständnis oder technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer, betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung eines Dienstleistungsbetriebs, bzw. eines KMU
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im öffentlichen Beschaffungswesen
- Innovations-, Entscheidungs- und Umsetzungsfähigkeit
- Betriebswirtschaftliches, kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
