We are offering a great opportunity as Pricing Analyst (m/f/x) to join our Sales and Pricing Team in Meyrin, Rue Emma Kammacher.

 The National Pricing Team is the engine room of our business, responsible for providing timely and competitive pricing to our customers.

Administrative Tasks & Reporting Support

• Compiling sell rates for Import, Crosstrade, Export - Air, Sea and Rail transport quote requests from internal (DSV offices) / external customers.
• Handling of incoming commercial calls; be able to qualify customers needs, to offer adequate services, and to provide a good follow up in order to secure the business.
• Creation and actualization of regular Air and Ocean Freight offers (existing and new customers) as per quotation guidelines for Import, Export and Crosstrade business and distribution to customers.
• Maintain and upload of regular offers to CW1 and filing as Customer Forwarding Agreement.
• Support Management of local RFQ’s, for example Price Request that do not qualify for Tenders.
• Provide clear ad hoc, RFQ quotes follow up, KPI, to improve our hit ratio and develop our activities.

Your Education / Market & Industry Knowledge

• Strong operational background in freight forwarding
• 3 years professional experience within forwarding business in the area of Air Freight, Ocean Freight
• Functional knowledge in Air and Ocean Freight, Trucking, Rail transports and Customs Brokerage
• Good sales knowledge and understanding of service offerings and pricing policy
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
