Your daily contribution:
- Implementation of HR process improvements
- Orchestration of all entities involved in the business process
- Optimizing workflows in alignment with the legal requirements
- Creation and maintenance of process documents
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives
- Development, documentation, and execution of training content
Your profile:
- Master or bachelor's degree preferably in HR or Business field
- Multiple years of proven experience in operations and business process analysis in the field of HR
- Preferably experience in ERP implementation programs
- Strong professional experience in process documentation with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
