Clinical Education Specialist - Laboratory Diagnostics 80-100% (m/w/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You advise and support our customers in hospitals and private laboratories.
• You will actively support system and test installations and will be responsible for preparing and conducting customer training sessions
• You will convince our customers with a solution-oriented troubleshooting management and will also be available for user and software inquiries.
• The cooperation and technical advice of the sales and marketing department in concept development, reference visits or application questions complete your job profile
• For this purpose, you will be working on-site at the customers, mainly in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Travel throughout Switzerland is possible at any time to support your team in other regions if necessary as well as attend training courses abroad

Your professional background and skills:

• You have graduated as a biomedical analyst/have completed a comparable training and have several years of professional experience in the laboratory
• You are motivated for a versatile and challenging job
• You work "home based", this means you will travel directly from your place of residence to the customers in German Speaking Part of Switzerland. Therefore, you ideally live in the center of the area of operation between Bern / Zurich or you are willing to relocate there
• You have an open, confident demeanor combined with good communication and organizational skills and an independent way to work
• You are proficient in spoken and written German and English. Knowledge of French is a big plus
• You have a driver's license
