Head of Digital Transformation, Supply Chain

We are one of the largest pure-play vaccine companies and are on an exciting growth journey across the commercial portfolio, with key product launches coming up. As part of our growth journey, we are building a Global Supply Chain and Strategy organization and seeking a Head of Digital Transformation to join the team. We are looking for a visionary and inspiring leader to lead data and AI-driven transformation to ensure real-time visibility across the end-to-end supply chain, drive informed/faster decision-making, and reduce time to patients. The role will also lead our ERP evolution across end-to-end enterprise supply chain processes and provide data management and analytics leadership across Global Operations. The position reports to our VP, Head of Global Supply Chain and Strategy, and will be part of the Global Supply Chain and Strategy Leadership Team. The position can either be located out of Denmark or Switzerland.
Overall Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and deliver a global supply chain digital transformation roadmap to improve capabilities across end-to-end enterprise supply chain processes, and systems including ERP evolution, data management and architecture, and organizational digital capabilities.

Lead evolution and integration of enterprise ERP solutions across end-to-end supply chain processes such as forecast to plan, plan to make, make to deliver, etc., working closely across Global Operations, Commercial, Finance, and IT Leadership Teams/stakeholders, and external partners.

Lead the digitalization of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes working with process owners and cross-functional teams across Operations, Commercial, and Finance. Specifically, establish statistical forecasting capabilities centrally to support regional demand management.

Lead process and governance across Global Supply Chain and Strategy to improve process understanding and maturity (e.g., process mapping and eventually mining).

Proactively work with the Global Operations Leadership Team to establish the vision for leading data as a business asset for Global Operations. Ensure business ownership, resourcing/capabilities, governance, and understanding of key information required to deliver on business purpose/objectives, which in turn defines the critical data assets to seek and improve.

Develop and lead the implementation of Global Operations data and analytics strategy in collaboration with the leadership. Establish a global operating model and a data and analytics center of excellence (with advanced analytics capability) to deliver impact.

Leads the evaluation of internal supply chain digital assets and external digital opportunities to inform supply chain strategy. Partners with the leadership team to identify and lead the adoption of new emerging tools and technologies for business advantage.

Inspire and articulate the digital supply chain future and promote a data-driven culture and data literacy across global operations.

Understands the implications of new technologies. A strong desire to learn and expand their leadership skills.
