In this role, you will:
Be accountable & responsibilities for:
- Working closely with global marketing and media program managers and regional digital media stakeholders to define product features according to product vision, roadmap, and strategy. Works with the Product Manager to drive & monitor product and feature adoption.
- Working closely with IT Platform Product Manager and Media Agency leads to define global product features according to the product vision, roadmap, and strategy. Will help create an Engineering delivery hybrid model working across IT Engineering resources and Agency Technology SME’s.
- Actively plan and prioritize the product feature backlog according to business value and clearly articulates priorities for the product team. Working with the engineering manager balances the need to address technical debt and supports technical innovation in addition to adding product features.
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with vendor/agency-partners in media, program-increment (PI) product planning, and global Community of Practice forums.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Leadership Competencies / Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in integrated marketing programs across multiple platforms.
- Deep understanding and broad experience with programmatic media, ad verification, retail media networks, eCommerce, linear/OTT video, and practical experience with integrated execution.
- Client-facing experience.
- Domain knowledge across AdTech platforms (e.g. GMP), Identity Management, Cloud platforms, and knowledge of 1st party data: Ad Trafficking – Tagging, Workflow, integrations; Ad Tech products: SSP, DSP, DCO – platform management and operations; Amazon Marketing Cloud and/or Google Marketing Platform; GCP/BigQuery – Analytics360, Workflow, Retail Media Network, Social Commerce; Identity Management – Incorporating and managing the differences between resolution and graphing methodologies; 2nd and 3rd party data sourcing and governance.
- Experience working with Consumer Privacy related regulation and governance frameworks.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams on coordination, dependency management and risk management.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills at all levels.
