Key Responsibilities:

Managing projects in the context of the global FIT4 Program for the workstream Operations and Quality within ZEISS Consumer Markets segment.

Taking responsibility for the analysis and coordination of the elaboration of global processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives of the ZEISS Consumer Markets segment and IT experts (production planning for MTS/MTO, manufacturing execution, Quality Management, Plant and Quality Control, Plant Maintenance).

Coordinating global processes, aligning them with business and IT experts in the ZEISS Consumer Markets segment.

Defining system requirements, exploring implementation options, and overseeing distributed IT and process architecture.

Managing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Evaluating and integrating Operations processes into ZEISS Global Templates and rollout within ZEISS Consumer Markets segment.

Monitoring progress, identifying deviations, and integrating local needs into global templates.

Aligning the transformation process with ongoing projects within Operations at ZEISS Consumer Markets segment.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

3-5 years of experience in leading projects with reference in Operations

Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PM

Comprehensive Understanding in IT Architecture with SAP and non-SAP landscape understanding, e.g MES

Experienced in global ERP rollouts

Project management experience, strong analytics, and proactive approach

Ability to manage stakeholders, reduce complexity, and mentor

Change management experience

Strong communication skills
-
Excellent English skills, German proficiency is a plus
