Logistics & Material Qualification Manager – Warehousing and Logistics
Hinter jeder Präsentation jedes von Roche verkauften Produkts steht die Beteiligung von Pharma Global Technical Operations (PT). Beginnend mit Phase I des Entwicklungsprozesses und der Produktreife produziert PT an Standorten auf der ganzen Welt Medikamente und beschäftigt weltweit mehr als 10 000 Mitarbeiter.
"Global Technical Development" (PTD) ist eine Organisation von über zweitausend Menschen weltweit, die für die Mission von Roche unerlässlich sind, sinnvolle Arzneimittel für Patienten zu entwickeln. Daher arbeiten wir aktiv zusammen und entwickeln kreative technische Lösungen, um die Anforderungen der frühen, späten und kommerziellen Produkte zu überbrücken. „Synthetic Molecules Technical Development“ (PTDC) bringt ein breites Erfahrungsspektrum in Bezug auf Drug Substance (DS), Drug Productt (DP) und analytische Wissenschaften mit und arbeitet eng mit wichtigen Partnern in Forschung und frühe Entwicklung (pRED / gRED), Small Molecule Manufacturing (PTC) und andere Abteilungen in PTD zusammen. PTDC ist für die späte technische Entwicklung unserer Pipeline für Synthetic Molecules (SM) und die Herstellung von Wirkstoffen und Arzneimitteln für klinische Studien in unserem SM-Herstellungsnetzwerk verantwortlich.
Diese Stelle ist Teil der Drug Product Synthetic Molecules Development-Organisation und berichtet an den Chapter Lead Pilot Plants & Systems (PP&S). Als Logistics & Material Qualification Manager sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, die Entwicklung und Herstellung innovativer Arzneimittel in allen klinischen Phasen zu unterstützen
Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen:

Organisation und fachliche Verantwortung für das Warehousing- und Logistikteam bei PTDCF hinsichtlich Prozesse und Abläufe und Einhaltung der Betriebsvorschriften inkl. SOPs etc. bei PTDCF zur Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten und GMP/SHE-konformen Bereitstellung, Be- und Ablieferung von Hilfs-, Wirkstoffen, Verbrauchsmaterialien, Bulkprodukte etc.

Sie arbeiten kollaborativ und funktionsübergreifend mit QA, QC / Analytik, Site Logistics und anderen Abteilungen (z.B. Procurement, SQM etc.) zusammen, um Entwicklungsversuche wie auch GMP "human use Herstellungen" optimal zu unterstützen

Master Data Manager im Lifecycle: Verantwortlich für die Stammdatenanlage und -pflege von MES Intraproducts und Endproducts in MES und bei Bedarf SAP

Abarbeitung von Multi Site Assessments und GSP LIAS für den Fachbereich Warehouse und Logisitik

Veeva Event Management (Deviation/CAPA und Change Owner für den gesamten Fachbereich Warehousinginkl Lagerbewirtschaftung im MES System PharmaSuite Warehouse, Logistic issues (Datalogger, Import- / Exportproblem,Nachverfolgungaller shipments weltweit)

Unterstützung und ggf. Leitung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Vereinfachung im zugewiesenen Verantwortungsbereich (Aktuell Unterstützung bei der Einführung des neuen SAP Systems im Bereich Master Data Management und Warehousing

Lagerverorganisation von allen Direktmaterialien wie Hilfsstoffen, APIs, Packmittel, Verbrauchsmittel sowie Zwischenprodukte und Bulkmaterial bis zur Ablieferung

SPOC im Roche direct material Qualifizierungs Meeting (CAT) als Vertreterfür PTDC-F hinsichtlich Einführung und Qualifizierung von neuen Hilfsstoffen und weiterenDirektmaterialien

Vertreter des Warehouse Teamsund deren Prozesse in allen Inspektionen und sonstigenRoche "business relevanten"Meetings

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Site Logistik für den Wareneingang und Warenversand und der Weiterentwicklung von Areal Logistikprozessen
Ihr Profil
Als erfolgreicher Kandidat bringen Sie Erfahrung in der GMP – Herstellung, bevorzugt von festen Arzneiformen, mit.

Abschlossen Ausbildung im Logistikbereich bevorzugt im pharmazeutischen GMP Umfeld

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

Fähigkeit, sowohl in Teams, als auch selbständig zu arbeiten und diese operativ zu organisieren

zuverlässig, strukturiert und gewissenhaft

Offen für neue Ideen und hinterfragen herkömmliche Denkmuster

Interesse an der Arbeit in einer stark regulierten und strukturierten GMP-Entwicklungsumgebung

Sie sind interessiert an Büroarbeit sowie Tätigkeiten innerhalb der des GMP und non GMP Betriebs im Rahmen der zugewiesenen Aufgaben

Sie verfügen über sehr gute SAP – Kenntnisse (P30 Forward, P55, S/4HANA) für den Bereich «Lagerverwaltung» und haben Interesse an der Verwaltung von Daten in elektronischen Systemen

Motiviert bei der Einführung neuer IT-Systeme und späterem Lifecyclesupport eingeführter Systeme

Sicherer Umgang mit Standard EDV-Programmen

Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Organisation von Qualitätsdokumentation (Abweichungs- und Changemanagement, CAPA, SOPs, etc
