The Opportunity

Roche diagnostics has a broad portfolio across six customer areas that include our widely-used molecular, pathology, point-of-care and core solutions in conjunction with our provider insights and lab insights information solutions. The Project Management team works as part of the Portfolio and Project Management function to help each customer area within DIA track and manage their portfolio from a strategic vantage point.

Responsibilities

  • Build BI Solutions: Design and implement dashboards and tools using Tableau and AppSheet to support business decision-making.

  • Consolidate Data: Gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources to create actionable insights.

  • Drive Horizontal Alignment: Ensure cross-initiative alignment, focusing on synergies between the projects you support and broader organizational goals.

  • Iterative Requirement Engineering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements in an agile, iterative manner.

  • Orchestrate Global Initiatives: Support the planning and execution of large-scale projects, ensuring they align with global standards and organizational objectives.

  • Develop Customer-Focused Communication: Create and refine communication materials that effectively address the needs of a diverse customer base while maintaining brand consistency.

Who You Are

  • You are an enrolled student or graduated within 12 months prior the start date in the subject of Business Administration, Data Science, Communications, or a related field

  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and are eager to learn and adapt

  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Thrive in a global, multicultural environment and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
