Responsibilities
- Provide timely and efficient onsite technical support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor and building strong client relationships.
- Maintain detailed records of service requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of hardware and software.
- Work closely with the remote support team and other IT staff to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.
- Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in a field service capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, networking protocols, and common software applications.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment, and perform tasks that may require physical exertion.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Candidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months.
