Facilitate Knowledge Transfer: Promote the transfer of knowledge and best practices across the organization, significantly contributing to the continuous learning and development of our teams

Your background

Education: A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Technology Management or a related field is required, with significant experience working with transformers

Experience: [5+] years of experience in R&D, product management, or technology leadership roles within an engineering or manufacturing environment

Context: Strong understanding of engineering principles, R&D processes, and technology development practices, along with experience in managing complex projects.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
