The Human Factors team is concerned with the study of human performance in various branches of aviation and other industries. The goal is to develop training tools and methods to empower human performance, support development of expertise and relieve people's workload in their job. Data-driven understanding of human performance is used to enhance true human-automation teaming. In our team you will enjoy an exciting and rewarding working environment, combining close industrial collaboration with multidisciplinary innovative research. The position is limited to three years but may be extended.
