We are looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environmentA Partner Enablement Manager provides specialized coaching, mentoring, and training for our external teams with our Distribution partners, Channel Partners, and internal employees. This role is highly important and will support the improvement of our partnerLL DO Work with SMEs (both internal and external) to capture knowledge and real-world experience to be delivered within enablement initiatives and programsDetermine the appropriate vehicles (training, tools, portals, resources, etc.) to deliver the desired outcomesExecute virtual and face-to-face training and individual coaching delivery (eLearning/virtual/traditional classroom)Provide communications support including facilitation of live and virtual enablement programsDeliver coaching sessions to sales representatives; focus on the continuous development of sales skills and technical skillsSupport managers in improving the performance of low, average, and top performersCalibrate with front-line managers regularlySupport new hires through coaching and training sessions, 1-1 reviews of leads, opportunities, and product knowledgeDesign and facilitate sales skills workshops together with management and internal stakeholdersWork with internal teams, such as Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations to conduct training on new products, product positioning, and sales methodologyWork with external teams, such as high-performing channel partners, distributors, and other partners identified as high-priorityCreate and update playbooks based on seller feedback and shifting market demandsHelp create a development program for frontline managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes, and tools required to lead their sales teams effectivelyCreate and keep a repository of sales and technical enablement materials up to dateOther projects as assigned by leadershipWHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) 3+ years of sales or technical enablement management experience with global high-tech B2B organizations.B2B IT sales experienceProject management and strategic planningPrevious experience in the IT/Software/Security industry is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Punctual, reliable, and strong attention to detail.Experience in delivering training sessions, mentoring, shadowing, and public speakingFirst-hand knowledge of MSP, VAR, DRM, and Distribution business models is a plusKnowledge of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, backup, or business continuity experience is a plusStrong time management skillsSelf-motivated, upbeat, organized, and highly persistent in follow-up.Flexible, team player, open to changes in responsibilities and strategiesHold self and others accountable with accurate and transparent reportingFluent in English + 1 other foreign language is a plusWHO WE AREAcronis is a global cyber protection company that provides natively integrated cybersecurity, data protection, and endpoint management for managed service providers (MSPs), small and medium businesses (SMBs), enterprise IT departments and home users.
