Pricing Operation & Eligibility Analyst

About the position:
As a Pricing Operations & Eligibility Analyst, you will be responsible for all pricing operations & eligibility for Takada’s Direct and Indirect Pricing. This will include working with multiple internal teams to ensure all pricing and eligibility is accurate.
How you will contribute:
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all pricing and eligibility activities for multiple customer/price points including:
- Wholesale Acquisition Cost (WAC)
- Statutory Government Pricing (e.g., Public Health Service (PHS) 340B, Average Sales Price (ASP))
- Commercial Contracted Price (Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), Integrated Distribution Networks (IDNs), Specialty Pharmacy Provider (SPP), etc.)
- Ensure all variances or data integrity issues are documented, analyzed for impact, and communicated.
- Work with the Contracting, Chargeback and Customer Service teams to ensure customers & contracts are set up with correct eligibility and pricing.
- Support internal/external audits by preparing and providing the necessary documentation.
- Perform all data and process controls, within generally defined practices, present issues and discuss solutions in a group setting, facilitate process improvements and plans, maintain associated documentation.
- Review, evaluate and execute pricing guidance provided by BU and Managed Markets as memorialized in contracts.
- Manage customer pricing (WAC, 340B, ASP, Contract Pricing, etc.) and customer eligibility for both Takeda’s direct & indirect customers within the Model N Flex application, ensuring accurate and timely pricing updates.
- Work with the appropriate Plasma Derived Therapies and Hematology sales teams, C&P Contracts Team, DD&T, and Government Pricing to ensure the quality, consistency, and accessibility of WAC, commercial and government price points data and to help businesses determine and set competitive prices.
- Manage, trend and publish, as needed, pricing reports for internal stakeholders within.
- Ensuring all product and price notifications are communicated on a timely basis.
- Partner with finance, credit and collections and customer service to resolve pricing issues.
- Ensuring all contract tracking documents are updated and contract documents are stored appropriately.
- Work with Customer Service and Customer Master teams to ensure daily order failures in SAP are priced accurately based on contract eligibility.
- Work with Customer Master to ensure daily maintenance of trading partner are activated in the ModelN Flex application.
- Act as subject matter expert and provide cross-functional training on contract operations.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 2 years of business experience, or 6+ years of business experience required, in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Think through how decisions will affect Takeda customers and partners before execution..
- Work in a matrix environment.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, preference for Managed Markets, Contracts/Pricing or Finance
- Experience in Flex &/or SAP
- An understanding of multiple buying organizations, commercial direct/indirect customers, and government customer

U.S. Base Salary Range:
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
