JOB TITLE: Junior Scheduling Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a Junior Scheduling Manager to lead the Scheduling and Factory Administration teams, managing a team of 8 to 11 direct reports and ensuring efficient production schedules across departments. You will optimize resources (materials, crews, machinery) to meet production plans, maintain factory capacities for a 24-month horizon, and ensure SAP data accuracy.
As part of the leadership team, you’ll support strategy development, foster a culture of openness and innovation, and drive team growth through coaching and development.
Experience in production scheduling and strong leadership skills are key to success in this role.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure team motivation, training, and development for succession planning.
- Coordinate daily activities of the Scheduling and Factory Administration teams.
- Manage production scheduling, ensuring materials and leaf availability for upcoming production plans
- Ensure accurate capacity data is updated in the Planning System for SNO
- Oversee Work in Progress stock management and accurate system inputs
- Manage UNIQUE PACK IDs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements for each end market
- Sponsor and chair projects, work streams, and committees at local and cluster levels
- Participate in Local Supply Reviews and optimize resources to meet production objectives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with proven experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments
- Proven experience in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment, with knowledge of production, demand, and supply planning activities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian, both written and verbal
- Skilled in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A university degree in a technical or economic field is preferred
