IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Engage and improve the IT service management of Julius Baer
  • Drive and continuously develop the IT service reporting, delivered to senior management and all internal service recipients
  • Steer and control the IT service portfolio, ITSM processes and projects
  • Proactively drive the IT process management and related maturity measures
  • Support the implementation of the IT operations governance as well as related audit and risk measures
  • Develop different IT operational related controls/monitorings
  • Representation of IT Service Management in the sourcing committee  

YOUR PROFILE

  • Banking apprenticeship or university degree
  • Strong communication skills up to c-level in English, German language skills are advantageous
  • Sound ITIL and service management knowledge
  • Sound knowledge of tools like JIRA, Tableau, and MS Office
  • Good understanding of banking it application landscape
  • Disciplined and accurate way of working
