Gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern entwickeln und fertigen wir Lithografie-Systeme, die zur Produktion zukünftiger Mikrochips auf der ganzen Welt verwendet werden. Mit unserer Unterstützung werden lebensrettende Medizintechnik, effiziente Energiesysteme und Künstliche Intelligenz realisiert. Durch den Erfolg unserer Lithografie-Systeme wächst auch unser Unternehmen.
Unsere technische Verantwortung erstreckt sich auf die Fertigungsprozesskette entlang der Teilprozesse Vorkonturierung, Läppen & Polieren, Beschichtung und Montage inklusive aller zugehörigen Messprozesse. Die Analyse von Abweichungen in der Fertigung, das Einleiten von Abstellmaßnahmen sowie die Definition von Standards, um Abweichungen schnell zu erkennen, gehören zu unserem Arbeitsalltag. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt zudem auf der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Prozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Timing. Gemeinsam mit der Entwicklung arbeiten wir eng zusammen, um neue Produkte und Technologien einzuführen.
Ihre Rolle

es wird erwartet, dass Sie ein diverses Team von 17 Mitarbeitenden im Engineering, das in Bezug auf Alter und Erfahrung gut durchmischt ist, fachlich und disziplinarisch führen und weiterentwickeln

Sie haben gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team die Verantwortung für die Engineeringprozesse der Konturierung und Werkzeugaufbereitung innerhalb des Segments inklusive Trouble Shooting und Fertigungsunterstützung bei Produktionsproblemen

Sie bringen das Team in eine Haltung mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Umsetzbarkeit bringen. Die nachhaltige Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Timing wird durch die Anwendung und Förderung einer Lean und Six Sigma Methodenkompetenz erreicht

kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen aus Entwicklung, Engineering, Produktion, Logistik und Steuerung

Übertragung neuer Technologien und Automatisierungslösungen in die Serienfertigung auf globaler Ebene

die Prioritäten für das Team festlegen, abhängig von verschiedenen Aufgaben und Projekten

Unterstützung bei der Verlagerung von Fertigungsprozessen an einen neuen Standort inklusive der Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen und die Koordination der Maschinenverantwortlichen

das Engineering Team entsprechend der Zeiss-Grundwerte führen, motivieren, beurteilen, steuern und entwickeln
Ihr Profil

ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften (z. B. Maschinenbau)

Sie sollten über eine Berufserfahrung von 3 bis 5 Jahren verfügen, idealerweise im Bereich optischer Bearbeitungsprozesse

erste disziplinarische Führungserfahrung oder fundierte laterale Führungserfahrung in vielschichtigen, produktionsnahen Projekten
-
eine Arbeitsweise, die sehr strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst ist und mit hoher Belastbarkeit einhergeht
-
eine strukturierte und analytische Herangehensweise an Problemstellungen, belegt durch beispielsweise eine Six Sigma Qualifizierung
-
sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit verschiedenen Qualitätswerkzeugen (KVP, KAIZEN, Lean, 5s)

Fähigkeit zur kooperativen und konstruktiven Betreuung und Förderung von Mitarbeitern
