Marketing Specialist Czech Republic m/f/x

Your responsibilities:

• You are translating and executing our global marketing strategy in the czech market by establishing effective marketing strategies, messaging and initiatives.
• Your understanding and integration of local customer needs contributes to achievement of sales targets.
• A good understanding of Brand Management, development of an innovative approach to new and efficient use of existing communication channels is driving you.
• Implementation of digital-based programs and Social media marketing tools is part of your responsibilities.
• You closely cooperate with our business development team to identify customer requirements including best practice sharing & benchmarking.
• You are planning and organizing trainings and master classes in cooperation with Education Specialists as well as participate in congresses and exhibitions.

Your qualifications:

• Sound education or business administration degree with a focus on marketing
• Professional experience of 5+ years in product or marketing management ideally in an international company
• Very good understanding of brand management and digital marketing
• Experienced in the use of the MS Office Programs, as well as a high affinity for IT systems
• Entrepreneurial personality with "hands-on" mentality
• Excellent communication skills, high commitment and team-oriented mindset
• Very good written and spoken Czech and English skills, Slowakian advantageous
• Hands-on sales management experience of advantage and willingness to travel
