Role Overview: We are seeking a Facility Services Specialist to plan and execute facility services, ensuring quality, effectiveness, and timely delivery. This role involves managing purchase requests, orders, and invoices related to facility management and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and create Purchase Requests and Orders for facility management and services, including the company fleet.
• Manage suppliers and complete compliance qualification screenings.
• Coordinate facility services through contractors, ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and standards.
• Control and book invoices, manage facility budgets, and issue periodic reports.
• Ensure quality and variety in canteen and cleaning services, and coordinate catering events.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott EHS Standards and local regulations, and deliver EHS training.
• Manage occupational health programs, including vaccination campaigns.
• Optimize office space utilization and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Organize car fleet management, including pool car takeovers and mileage checks.

Qualifications:

• Degree in facility management or 3+ years of professional experience in real estate/building management.
• Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage external vendors and contractors.
• Familiarity with media technology and common computer applications (MS Office, SAP).
• Experience in managing physical security of buildings is an asset.
• Team player with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently.
