We are looking for an (administrative) Intern to join our Human Resources department as of August 2024.
Please note that we can only accept applicants who are eligible to work in Switzerland or in possession of a valid work permit.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
• As an administrative intern in our HR department, you will be surrounded by colleagues who will share their extensive Human Resources expertise
• You will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager Human Resources
• The internship duration is six months
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
• As an intern in our Human Resources department, you will assist the Human Resources team with administrative tasks related to employees’ documentation, such as filing, digitalizing information, issuing reference letters and the monthly Newsletter, etc.
• Support our ongoing projects, while participating in meetings and discussions with the different stakeholders involved
• Optimize existing processes and document them
• Support in our current recruiting processes and organize the Swiss University job fair business trip
• Support our Reception team, including welcoming our Head Office visitors and support in daily tasks
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• You are fluent in English, verbally and in writing
• You are curious and eager to learn how a global cruise line is organized and what is expected from the Human Resources department
• You have a positive personality and like to work in a multi-cultural team
• You have solid computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
• German is an asset (written and verbal)
EDUCATION
• You are currently attending a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of tourism or hospitality or have recently obtained one
