As a Testing Automation Developer you will play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey, ensuring the highest quality of our software. With a strong background in testing automation, agile testing, and modern application technologies, you will help shape the future of digital within our organization.

• Lead the design, implementation, and execution of automated testing strategies for web applications and other digital assets

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing automation into the software development life cycle

• Establish and maintain quality standards, metrics, and best practices for testing automation

• Mentor and train team members on the latest testing automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies

• Drive continuous improvement of our testing processes, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness

• Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential risks, and prioritize testing efforts

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results, and communicate any issues to relevant stakeholders

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

•7+ years of experience in software testing, including hands-on experience with testing automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium.

•Strong knowledge of Java programming language.

•Strong knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and practices.

•Proficiency in modern web application technologies, including HTML, JavaScript and CSS.

•Solid understanding of web services and database technologies.

•Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins for integrating testing into the development and deployment processes.

•Familiarity with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for logging and monitoring test results is a plus.

•Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and highly collaborative environment.

•Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
