Manager/Senior Manager - Microsoft Alliance Manager

Our technology alliance partners are strategic key elements to achieve growth and deliver transformational projects for our clients. The role of the Microsoft Alliance Manager is key within our firm to identify and pursue new business opportunities, drive market- and partner-related activities as well as supporting the Microsoft alliance Partner and related teams in achieving the set growth targets.

Manager/Senior Manager - Microsoft Alliance Manager

• Develop and maintain key local relationships at Microsoft on an operational and tactical level to identify target clients and build a service portfolio for joint pursuits; understand and advise on Microsoft funding programs.
• Engage with key account teams at PwC and Microsoft to address client potential, opportunities, and ways to embed alliance targets into the account strategy; develop and document client reference cases to support pursuits.
• Maintain PwC Salesforce with accurate alliance, campaign, and product tagging on individual opportunities, as well as manage the Microsoft Partner Center.
• Coordinate with the PwC and Microsoft marketing teams to develop a marketing plan, including executing post-event sales activities.
• Organize regular top-to-top executive alignments between PwC and Microsoft at the Swiss and EMEA levels.
• Provide regular reports and dashboards to monitor the progress of the Microsoft-related pipeline, wins, and key Microsoft Alliance activities.

• Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in professional services or B2B business development and sales, focusing on technology alliances and Big4 consulting firms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and ecosystems, with the ability to effectively influence interactions between PwC and Microsoft.
• Established network with key Microsoft contacts, or eagerness to build such relationships, especially with Microsoft partner relationship managers.
• Experience working with virtual teams and comfortable in such environments.
• Empathetic, flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented team player, experienced in working with senior stakeholders in a diverse and dynamic setup.
• Proficient in MS Office/Teams products; experience in Salesforce is a plus. Fluency in English; German and/or French would be beneficial.
