Responsibilities
- Maintaining business applications in operational condition
- Integrating new industrial applications into the infrastructure as part of local or global projects according to internal methodologies
- Resolving incidents according to their criticality
- Controlling changes and developments in its field of activity
- Hierarchical and operational management of the team attached to it
- Contributing to the various management processes of the Site's IT department
- Technical collaboration with local and global IT teams
- Managing service, maintenance, support and license contracts within its scope
- Maintaining pharmaceutical and nuclear compliance of the facilities within its scope
- Reporting on activities and projects
- A university degree or an engineering qualification in Industrial Computing or Automation
- Over 5 years of experience in Industrial Computing, specifically in a similar role or technical function, such as Technical Project Manager, within an industrial and regulated setting
- Experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in application integration processes
- Familiarity with automation concepts in production and environmental management contexts
- Knowledge of industrial computing systems (including DCS, SCADA, PLC, PMS, BAS, Wonderware, etc.), as well as cybersecurity and networking
- Understanding of GMP, CFR 21 part 11, EMEA, and BPF regulatory guidelines, along with methodological frameworks like GAMP and PIC/S would be advantageous.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient, with a keen interest in collaborative work.
- Your interpersonal abilities enable you to effectively bring a team together towards shared goals and to engage with various stakeholders (both internal and external) in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction (internal) and committed to achieving results (including safety, quality, timelines, and costs).
- Proficient in both English and French.
