Das Amt für Informatik und Organisation (AIO) ist als Querschnittsamt für sämtliche Informatikbelange der kantonalen Verwaltung und Gerichte zuständig. Für die Kundenberatung & Projekte suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung am Standort Solothurn eine/-n Business Analyst/-in, 80-100%.
Ihre Verantwortung
- Sie verantworten die Anforderungsanalysen, die Dokumentationen und die Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten und vertreten die Interessen des Geschäftsbereichs in übergeordneten Projekten.
- Sie analysieren Prozesse und Daten, erstellen Konzepte und leiten daraus die nächsten Schritte ab.
- Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Finanzdepartement, dem Kompetenzzentrum Digitale Verwaltung, dem Amt für Informatik und Organisation und den anderen Fachbereichen.
- Sie unterstützen und beraten die Leitung der kantonalen Digital Teams und tragen einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Digitalisierungsstrategie bei.
Ihr Profil
- Eine höhere Ausbildung (Universität, FH, HF) vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Business Engineering und/oder Weiterbildungen (MAS, CAS) in den Bereichen Prozessmanagement, Service Design oder Business Intelligence & Analytics.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Business Analysten- und Projektmanagementerfahrung im Umfeld der Digitalisierung und digitalen Transformation.
- Kenntnisse von Methoden und Standards für Analyse und Modellierung wie BPMN 2.0, EPK, UML etc. sowie in gängigen Tools wie M365, Signavio, Visio, usw.
- Erfahrungen mit klassischen (z.B. HERMES) und agilen (z.B. SCRUM) Vorgehens- und Projektmanagementmethoden.
- Proaktiver Arbeitsstil, analytisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen gepaart mit ausgeprägten Teamplayer Qualitäten.
