About the role
Our Customer Service Centre in Southampton is the hub of all things watch servicing and repairs for brands under the Swatch Group umbrella. We're looking for someone with a positive and proactive approach who is eager to continue or start their career in Quality Control.
If you’re detail-oriented and excel at following guidelines and processes, even if your experience isn’t in the watch industry, your skills in careful observation and thorough work could make you a perfect fit for our team.
In this role, you’ll help us maintain the highest standards by performing quality inspections on watches, managing work allocations, and keeping communication flowing smoothly between departments. Role and Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on allocated watches, adhering to brand-specific guidelines.
- Utilize the brand extranet to stay updated with instructions and policies, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Organize and manage your workload to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards.
- Communicate regularly with QC and Workshop supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders about any potential delays.
- Coordinate with watchmakers and technicians for minor corrections or queries.
- Deliver completed work to the logistics department for dispatch.
- Accurately record quality control and production data.
- Conduct tests on new and refurbished mechanical movements.
- Engage in brand-specific training and continuous development to expand your knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent).
