<div class="basic-layout__main"><div class="block__title hidden--from-l">job details</div><div class="body-copy hidden--from-l"><p>Location: Bulle, Switzerland</p><p>Activity rate : 100%</p><p>Type of contract: Temporary contract</p><p>Start Date: ASAP</p><p> </p><p>As an Administrative Coordinator Immunology, you will take ownership of critical administrative and event- related responsibilities, ensuring efficiency and precision in all aspects of your work. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills.</p><p> </p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Support the administrative organization and coordination of national and international congresses and events, ensuring compliance with global and local guidelines.</li><li>Support PR/PO creation, financial processes, and invoice handling.</li><li>Oversee event logistics, including congress registrations, booth arrangements, symposia setup.</li><li>Handle travel and accommodation (flights, hotels, transfers), hospitality suites, social programs, and certificates of attendance.</li><li>Draft and manage contracts (sponsorship, speaker, consultancy, confidentiality, etc.) and ensure proper documentation.</li><li>Provide high-level administrative support, including internal meeting organization and coordination.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and workflow management.</li><li>Handle document approvals, archiving, and follow-up on administrative tasks.</li><li>Support Medical and Marketing teams with ad hoc requests, including assisting in the preparation of promotional materials and event logistics (as needed).</li><li>Serve as a backup for event coordination during peak periods or staff absences.</li></ul><br/></div><ul class="link-list link-list--single accordion no-overflow-anchor" id="jd-accordion"><li class="link-list__item"><div aria-label="" class="collapsible__trigger" data-rs-collapsible="filter" data-rs-toggable="true" role="button" tabindex="0"><h3 class="link-list__link">qualifications</h3><span class="hidden--from-l toggle-arrow icon"><svg><use xlink:href="/themes/custom/bluex/dist/assets/image/icons.svg#chevron-down"></use></svg></span><span class="hidden--until-l toggle-arrow icon icon--l"><svg><use xlink:href="/themes/custom/bluex/dist/assets/image/icons.svg#chevron-down-30"></use></svg></span></div><div class="body-copy collapsible__content rich-text" data-rs-collapsible-content=""><div class="collapsible__content--wrapper"><p>What will make you successful:</p><ul><li>Fluency in German and English.
