The Position

ASPIRE is an enterprise wide program delivering multiple systems to support a business transformation providing an integrated suite of foundational concepts and methodologies

As an ASPIRE Business Process Expert, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and continuous enhancement of the ASPIRE Global Template to meet evolving business needs. Working in a SAFe framework, you will collaborate with process-driven agile teams to provide valuable insights and contribute to the development and deployment activities.

The Opportunity:

  • Be a key member of the Agile Product Team, representing the business perspective and contributing to the process design and system functionality.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to define user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Drive activities to achieve the vision and priorities set by the Product Manager.

  • Evaluate existing processes and requirements to identify opportunities for process simplification and efficiency.

  • Conduct system demos and approve system tests to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.

  • Support data collection and analysis, providing sound solutions, technology integration, and systems improvements.

  • Contribute to the revision, alignment, and retirement of global and network SOPs, training materials, and other relevant documents.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as PI planning, inspect and adapt, daily meetings, refinements, and retrospectives.

  • Facilitate or participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving sessions to address complex issues.

  • Identify and define change requests and improvements during sustainment.

  • Support the E2E Support Framework's idea to request (I2R) process for template sustainment.

Who you are:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience: Extensive experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within the pharmaceutical or related industry. Extensive experience with SAP PM is essential.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP PM, with knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes. Familiarity with SAFe and Lean methodologies is highly desirable. Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Skilled in developing and interpreting reports and dashboards for effective decision-making and progress monitoring.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Project Management: Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to travel as needed (<15%).
