Introduction

The Zurich hotel has been rebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich. The hotel offers 447 rooms and is as such the largest Hotel in the Kanton. It offers a mix of rooms and apartments, accommodating long stays and short city trips the likes. The location of the hotel is in between the city centre (15 minutes) and Zurich international airport (10 Minutes) right next to the TRAM stop of Glattpark in Opfikon.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Recruitment & Selection

- Administrative tasks concerning hiring and leaving employees

- Payroll administration

- Implementing procedures and policies around L-GAV, Sickness Act, company regulations

- Maintaining contact with external parties; Schools, Unia, RAV, etc.

- Registering training courses

- Informing and advising employees and department heads around HR-related issues

- Time registration administration

- Setting up and executing HR projects focussed on Engagement, staff benefits etc.

- General administrative and office task

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:

- Mothertongue German and business English

- Has reasonable Computer skills

- Organisational Talent

- Ability to work independently

- Hands-on mentality

- Good communication skills

- You have an affinity with the hospitality industry
