You will be working in the Wealth Planning Life Insurance team within the Investment and Wealth Management Solution (IWMS) business area in Zürich. We work on key initiatives and projects aim at providing our clients with sophisticated life insurance solutions, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders such as front units, wealth planning advisory, service units and insurance partners. YOUR CHALLENGE

• Participate in projects with multi-functional teams (e.g. Wealth Planners, Product Managers, Legal, Compliance, Group Tax, Operations & IT, Marketing, Business)

• Contribute to the positioning and distribution of the life insurance product shelf, supporting Relationship Managers or other relevant business units

• Support in the maintenance of the life insurance product shelf up to date, e.g. processes, documentation, credit etc.

• Manage the relationship with a panel of approved international insurance partners

• Support Wealth Management front units, driving insurance initiatives and sales

• When required, participate in client meetings / contacts covering insurance needs

• Be in charge of trainings, i.e. planning and implementing product/country specific seminars and workshops

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Law or Business school

• 5 to 8 years' proven experience in wealth management and/or wealth planning within Insurance and/or Banking sector

• Solid know-how of insurance products and of financial services industry. Experience with common banking investment products is a value added  

• Great in managing projects, implementing changes, interacting with colleagues at all levels and a born to be a networker who can build up great collaboration within the firm

• Excellent communication and presentation skills - verbal, written and listening - with the ability to express things simply and directly, maintaining a focused and controlled discussion

• Team player with entrepreneurial thinking

• You are fluent in English, further languages would be an advantage
