Job Description

Microsoft Windows 10&11 (AD, UEM, SCCM), Office 365, Teams, Mobile Device Management (iOS & Android), Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop)

Managing and Maintaining the Network Infrastructure under supervision of the Network Team (SD-WAN, SD-Access, wireless Infrastructure) and Network Troubleshooting (2nd Level)

Maintain and update the network diagram in collaboration with the network team

Managing and Maintaining the Systems infrastructure together with the Systems Team (ESX)

Managing and Maintaining the Printing infrastructure

Installation of Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Switches

Troubleshoot and replace Laptops, Desktops and its components

Update and maintain the Software and Hardware Inventory

Assist in the budget process and manage contracts and negotiations with local vendors

Oversee contractor’s installation and maintenance of computer hardware during office moves

Advise users on relevant hardware and software usage

Provide support to the banks Independent Asset Managers in the region

Create, update and maintain documentation, wiki

Participate in the implementation & deployment of group projects;

Participate in the Business Continuity Plan and be a point of contact in case of BCP invocation

Requirements

+5-years’ experience in similar function ideally as IT technical support

Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field, and certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)

Willingness to continuously learn and high interest in new technologies

Excellent knowledge in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting computers running Windows 10 & 11

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams

Good understanding of the OSI model and Enterprise Network Infrastructure or willingness to learn

Good knowledge of Apple and Android mobile devices

High readiness to get things done

Very good organization skills and ability to work independently and to be a great team player

Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills

Fluency in English and German is required
