We are looking for Business Managers that are dynamic, determined, self-driven and passionate about new beginnings to join our new team in Geneva. Together we will transfer our know-how and our potential so we can make the PrimeIT one of the greatest IT & Telecom Consulting companies in Switzerland.
The Business Manager will be responsible for the strategic management of their business unit through upsell, proposals, negotiation and client management as well as for recruiting, motivating and managing IT consultants.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor Degree in the area of management, economics or computer science;
- French is a mandatory and good command of English would be considered an advantage;
- Experience on a sales or management position would be highly valued;
- Ambition, determination and persistence;
- Previous experience in a Consulting Company is highly valued;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership in dynamic environments;
- Excellent ability to identify new business opportunities and to generate interest from potential clients;
- Proactivity and versatility;
- Organizational skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a part of our Geneva team;
- Find new leads and generate new business;
- Selection and recruitment of IT / TELECOM engineering profiles;
- Team management of consultants; oversee individual and team performance and development;
- Preparation of Weekly reports.
