Project Management Officer
Founded in 1968 as a trading company for Scandinavian laboratory equipment, SKAN is now global market leader in the specialist area of isolator construction for aseptic applications. One of our core competencies is the manufacture of process isolators for pharmaceutical-aseptic production. Even the most complex customer requirements can be fulfilled thanks to the experts at our in-house laboratories who research innovative solutions for isolator technology.
Responsibilities
- Establishment and further development of the project management methodology as well as standardization and globalization of project management tools, processes, and templates
- Development and implementation of centralized project controlling and forecasting
- Organizing regular training courses on project management and its methodology
- Preparation of reports and analyses as a basis for management decisions
- Carrying out internal project audits and evaluating quality
Hardskills
- Several years of experience in project management (at least 3 years)
- University / FH / HF degree in engineering, computer science or a related field
- Experience in the use of project planning and resource planning tools
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Good knowledge of Excel (VBA an advantage)
