Indirect Procurement Buyer

WHAT WILL WE DO TOGETHER

• Operate according to the Procurement Guidelines for the Indirect Categories within Supply Chain (Utilities) and Commercial /Trade Marketing
• Spend analysis looking for definition of actions that will add value
• Execute sourcing tasks for the assigned categories at local level and in alignment with Group Procurement
• Scouting of new suppliers or new solutions
• Manage contracts with respect to deadlines and renewals
• Monitor KPIs for the assigned Categories and identify any actions for improvement
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Degree in economics or management engineering
• Between 1 - 4 years of experience working on a similar role or in procurement
• Knowledge about supply chain, trade marketing & procurement cycles
• Working experience in a cross-cultural environment and in a matrix organization preferable
• Experience in SAP, other ERP system with focus on Purchasing is nice to have
• Advanced level of English
