These range from substation automation, communication networks, grid automation services, grid edge solutions to enterprise software solutions. These solutions address all key segments connected to the energy system including generation, transmission distribution, industries, transportation and infrastructure sectors.
As an on-site IT Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for technical inquiries and support. You ensure that all IT systems function smoothly and provide valuable assistance so our employees can complete their tasks without issues. Your work directly contributes to user productivity and satisfaction.
How you’ll make an impact

On-Site Technical Support: You troubleshoot IT issues quickly and reliably, ensuring all systems run smoothly

IT Provisioning: Ensure that devices and software are ready and operational for use

User Support and Training: Provide spontaneous help for common IT questions and train users in self-help tools to boost their autonomy

Inventory Management: Manage the physical inventory of devices and accessories, update the configuration database (CMDB), and conduct regular stock checks

Logistics and Coordination: Organize the transport and redistribution of devices between locations and collaborate with local logistics partners

Warranty Handling: Work with OEM manufacturers to process warranty claims, ensuring the quality of our devices

Risk Identification and Management: Identify potential risks that could affect service quality and take proactive measures

Support in Collaboration Areas: Ensure that IT equipment in meeting rooms and workspaces is fully functional for optimal collaboration

Standards Compliance: Follow established processes and guidelines to maintain consistently high quality in IT support
Your background

Completed IT Training: You have a completed IT education or equivalent qualification

Language Skills in German and English: You are fluent in both German and English, able to communicate technical and business matters clearly

Proactive and Solution-Oriented Work Style: You are independent, solution-focused, and maintain composure in stressful situations
