We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive individual to take on the role of Global Business Insight Manager (f/m/d) within our Beauty & Care business unit. In this pivotal position, you will be the go-to expert for Consumer, Market, and Competitive Insights, ensuring that these insights drive impactful business decisions across global and regional teams. By acquiring and analysing diverse data sources and delivering tailored business information, you will support key projects, identify trends, and uncover new opportunities to meet consumer needs and enhance company performance. Your key responsibilities:

Be the point of reference for Consumer, Market, and Competitive Insights, ensuring insights are effectively shared across global and regional teams to drive business decisions and actions.

Collect, update, and analyze data on market trends and sales, consumer behavior, and competitors using tools such as Euromonitor, Mintel GNPD, and WGSN, delivering actionable intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making.

Manage end-to-end market research processes, including briefing, methodology selection, survey design, and results analysis, while evaluating, selecting and building relationships with and research firms & commission market research projects.

Conduct regular reviews of market and category trends to anticipate consumer behavior shifts, creating and presenting trend reports internally and externally to support innovation and customer interactions.

Establish and maintain a trend framework to guide the development of market-leading solutions and keep innovation relevant to evolving consumer demands.

Lead Competitive Intelligence efforts, gathering, analyzing, and sharing actionable insights about competitors and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and identify challenges and opportunities.

You bring:

Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or science/technology, with 7–10 years of business intelligence and insights experience in the Personal Care or related industry (B2C and/or B2B)

Strong analytical and conceptual skills, capable of transitioning between strategic and operational topics, and translating market insights into actionable business strategies.

Solid knowledge of the industry and markets (know-how about products and/or applications preferred), coupled with a keen curiosity and drive for continuous learning.

Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, complemented by a strong result orientation and accountability for delivering impactful outcomes.

Advanced communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Office and expertise in utilizing modern research tools and instruments; additional language skills are an asset.
