Ihre Rolle
-
eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Installationen und Upgrades von Systemen bei Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Servicemitarbeitern

Anleiten (vor Ort und remote) von lokalen Servicemitarbeiter bei Fehlerbehebungen oder Installationen von Kundensystemen
-
Vorbereitung der Systeme für Kundenabnahmen
-
Durchführung von Fehlersuchen an Systemen bei Kunden
-
Instandsetzung und Reparatur fehlerhafter Systeme bei Kunden
-
Erstellen und Pflegen von Servicedokumenten
-
Erstellen von Ersatzteilkonzepten (Definition von Ersatzteilen & Ersatzteilerstbedarf)
-
Durchführung technischer Erstausbildung und Weiterbildung von Service Technikern der Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH (SMS); Kurssprache englisch
-
Kommunikation erkannter Geräteschwachstellen an Entwicklung und Fertigung
-
Zuarbeit der Service Anforderungen an RnD für Neu-/Weiterentwicklungen

Unterstützung der weltweiten Servicetechniker durch 2nd Level Tech-Support, Hotline-Support

Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Reparaturangeboten
Ihr Profil
-
erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (4-jährige Hochschulausbildung) als Physiker oder Ingenieur der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Optik, Lasertechnik, Feinmechanik oder Techniker mit entsprechender mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

Bereitschaft zu weltweiter Reisetätigkeit

hohes Maß an Kommunikations-, Team- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
-
sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden
-
zielorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
-
sichere Beherrschung der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
-
Berufserfahrung: Feld Service Erfahrung vorzugsweise im optischen oder elektronenoptischen Bereich

aufgeschlossen gegenüber anderen Kulturkreisen
