Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated colleague to join our team of enthusiastic individuals and support our company’s growth in the EU market. Passionate about the healthcare market and keen for improving outcomes and supporting customers.
You will be responsible for:
Contacting existing clients and potential clients who have expressed interest in our products, gather valuable feedback, and promote our offerings. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients' needs and concerns via Call, Email or SMS. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback. Prepare presentations or reports as needed. Provide regular updates and address customers’ queries or complaints promptly. Conduct research on target markets, industry trends, and competitors. Collaborate with internal and external teams, including sales, logistics, production, to ensure a seamless order process and product delivery.
Requirements
Basic Education: Completed Graduation
Work Experience: Minimum of 2-4 Years in a similar role. Previous experience in medical sales or work experience in a healthcare setting would be a plus. Familiarity with the medical device regulations.
Others: Demonstrate the ability to listen attentively and respond empathetically. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Basic knowledge of computers. Good communication skills.
