Summary

As a part of our Global Sales & Operations Planning Team, we are now looking for a committed and highly motivated Sales & Operations Planner who is ready to create a sustainable tomorrow together with us.

The application period runs until the end of November. We will collect and evaluate all incoming applications and give you feedback on how to proceed with the application process at the beginning of December.

Job Responsibilities
  • You translate the demand into capacity planning / slot planning
  • You act as Single point of contact within the Sales & Operations Planning Process for Project Manager, Supply Chain and Logistics
  • You closely coordinate and collaborate with the commercial and procurement department, Shipping Specialists and Manufacturing Planners
  • You review (Navigator) quotations to check lead times, consider factory workload in line with the requirements of the business
  • You define supply chain events for all components based on project strategy, lead times and given capacities
  • You draft, adjust and update the event schedule and prepare event schedule for kick-off meetings
  • You track major events, monitor the progress and proactively define actions with the Project Manager, the Supply Chain and Logistics in case of deviation or delay
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor`s Degree (or equivalent) in a technical field of technical education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Planning or Supply Chain Management
  • Strong ability in the use of SAP
  • Strong customer focused problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Team spirit and well-developed communication skills as well as the ability to work within an interdisciplinary and international environment
  • Very good communication skills in English as well as good level of German
