What you'll be doing here
- Participate in a research project funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), which focuses on the analysis of resources and stressors for the mental health of entrepreneurs.
- Analyze how the mental well-being of entrepreneurs is affected by financial pressure and other stress and how this affects decisions in innovation management and employee leadership.
- Complete a Ph.D. at the Chair for Entrepreneurship of the University of Zurich.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative empirical studies as part of an international team of researchers.
- Publishing study results in renowned international academic journals.
What you'll bring with you
- A very good university degree at master level, preferably in economics or psychology and an interest in entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Enthusiasm for scientific work and perseverance.
- First experience in the application of empirical research methods.
- Very good oral and written language skills in German and English.
- A conscientious and self-organized way of working.
