Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee and expand the private banking business in Zurich, focusing on DACH, Nordics and UK markets
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HNWI and UHNWI clients, delivering tailored investment strategies and holistic wealth management solutions
• Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients while strengthening existing partnerships, including close collaboration with External Asset Managers
• Team Leadership & Growth: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of private bankers, ensuring alignment with the firm's business objectives
• Product & Service Offering: Work closely with internal investment, compliance, and advisory teams to provide a broad range of financial solutions that meet client needs
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory frameworks and internal risk management policies

Your Profile:

• Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum 15+ years in private banking or wealth management, with a strong track record of managing and growing a client portfolio
• Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the DACH, Nordics and UK markets, including regulatory landscapes and client expectations
• Exceptional Business Development Skills: Demonstrated success in client acquisition, revenue generation, and asset growth
• Strong Network: Established relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, and external asset managers
• Comprehensive Financial Expertise: In-depth understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth planning solutions
• Entrepreneurial & Client-Focused Mindset: Ability to drive growth while maintaining the highest level of service and professionalism
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the target markets are a plus
