About the Role
Our client in the banking industry is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new HR suite (NextGen). This long-term opportunity involves working on a high-impact project, collaborating with stakeholders, HR representatives, IT specialists, and software partners to deliver innovative and efficient HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Workshops: Organise and lead workshops to gather requirements and identify solutions.
- Solution Design: Develop and evaluate solutions, ensuring they are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with business
needs.
- Process Analysis: Analyse and document future processes to optimise operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present and discuss proposed solutions with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Data Transformation: Prepare mappings to transform data from the current system to the new one.
- Documentation: Create key project documents, including requirement specifications, features, and use cases.
- Testing: Design and execute both functional and non-functional test cases to ensure the quality of the new system.
What They're Looking For
- Experience: At least 5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR or banking.
- Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum.
- Skills: Analytical mindset, structured work approach, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Collaboration: Team player with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Vision: Ability to challenge existing processes and implement forward-thinking solutions.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with IT systems and data analysis is essential.
Language Requirements
- Fluent German (spoken and written).
- Strong English skills (spoken and written).
