As an ICT Consultant - Microsoft 365, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evolving customer-centric digital workspace solutions. You will analyze business needs, optimize Microsoft 365 environments, and create seamless, secure, and efficient digital workspaces for end-users.

Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting workshops, assessments, and surveys to understand customer needs.
• Designing and implementing end-user-focused Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business goals.
• Developing structured and scalable SharePoint platforms tailored to customer requirements.
• Ensuring security best practices within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Driving the continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 service portfolio.
• Coordinating projects and supporting change management initiatives.
• Delivering engaging presentations and training sessions for customers.
• Collaborating closely with Digital Workspace and Cloud experts.
• Defining use cases with Microsoft Purview, Copilot, and Power Platform.

What You Bring to the Table

• A degree in computer science or business informatics (FH/HF level).
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Cloud Security.
• A strong understanding of data management and enterprise content management.
• Experience with client virtualization (a plus).
• Fluency in German and English.
• A quick grasp of complex concepts and strong interpersonal skills.
