Seismic Engineer (80-100%)

You'll work closely with clients, offering expert guidance and tailored solutions, while collaborating with sales and project management teams to deliver exceptional results.

Your responsibilities

Collaborate with clients' engineers to develop optimized seismic designs for their structures using mageba seismic devices

Assist client engineers in preparing specifications for seismic devices

Work closely with our global sales and project management teams to deliver comprehensive solutions

Take ownership of seismic device design for client projects, including calculations and drawings, to provide expert consultation to clients' engineers

Engage with fellow seismic device engineers to continuously improve and optimize product offerings

Coordinating team leaders and sub-projects within the "Technical Center Seismic"

Facilitate clear communication between R&D, design offices, and sales/project management to ensure seamless development and implementation of seismic devices

Offer seismic expertise to support marketing initiatives and other departments across the company

Your profile

University Degree with seismic topic or a related field

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in seismic engineering

Proven experience in managing research and development projects

Strong background in collaborating with client engineers

Comfortable working in cross-cultural and multi-departmental teams

Holistic solution-finding, proactive, hands-on and well-structured

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; fluent in English, with German preferred, and additional languages a plus
