As a Training Administrator, you will work closely with our Planner to coordinate the training needs of the Technical Division. You ensure all training documents are issued, managed, and archived.
You act as Technical Department 1st level support for the Training Management System (TMS) to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate training needs in direct contact with our production lines
- Plan initial and recurrent training's for colleagues in the SWISS Technical Division
- Administer Trainings, resources in our TMS
- Issue, control, manage, and archive all training records
- Ensure training certificates and documents meet regulatory requirements
- Provide 1st level support for our TMS. Open and follow-up Tickets on the TMS Ticketing System

- Commercial or technical basic education with at least four years of work experience
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- High flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
- Experience in aviation is an advantage
- A solution-oriented and proactive working approach
- Good planning and organisation skills
- A high affinity for IT platforms and experience in LMS/TMS system maintenance are essential
- German at native speaker level as well as very good written and spoken English skills are essential
