On is looking for a business-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive employment lawyer to join the On Legal Team in Zurich, Switzerland reporting to the Head of Employment Law. Someone who has a demonstrated ability to independently manage a diverse and complex workload, while proactively anticipating issues in this rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a multinational environment and handling a wide range of employment law topics in our global company for various jurisdictions.

Your Mission

• Advising HR functions and management in all aspects of labour law
• Providing support on employment issues for Switzerland and other countries (particularly EMEA)
• Managing terminations, revising termination agreements, and overseeing disciplinary procedures in different jurisdictions
• Amending, reviewing, and updating employment contracts and related documents for different jurisdictions
• Ensuring company-wide adherence to labor laws and regulations
• Collaborating with local lawyers
• Supporting HR in employee disputes and negotiations
• Handling employment litigations
• Working closely with the global mobility team and advise on all aspects of labor law
• Creating and updating HR policies and procedures
• Employment law support in local and global HR projects
