Your contribution to KPMG
  • Develop and execute strategies for Data & AI business development with a focus on Microsoft AI and Power Platform solutions
  • Lead and support with proposal development and client presentations in response to client RFI's and RFP's
  • Lead and manage project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including financial transformation, Microsoft D365 and Digital Transformation experts, to develop and drive business opportunities and project success
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft AI and Power Platform technologies, and incorporate these insights into business strategies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
This is what makes you successful
  • At least 5-6 years of strong experience in Data & AI business development and project management, preferably in the Microsoft AI / Power Platform domain
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft AI technologies, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot and Fabric
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • External consulting and consulting sales experience, preferably in one the Big 4 companies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant) is a plus
  • English fluency and German strongly preferred; French is a plus
