The position

Comprehensive Control and Oversight: 
Ensure full control over all operational and financial activities, overseeing a team of 8–9 employees to maintain a well-organized and smoothly functioning daily business

Proactive Risk Management, Transparency and Reporting: 
Maintain transparency in all operations and financial reporting, with a proactive approach to identify and address potential risks. This includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reports, as well as preventing unexpected issues to sustain a stable workflow

Legal, Tax, and Compliance Assurance: 
Take responsibility for all legal and tax-related aspects to ensure full compliance with regulations. This includes safeguarding the organization against legal or fiscal complications and maintaining sustainable corporate financial practices 

Your profile

• Educational background in business administration or finance
• Excellent command of German and English
• Extensive, in-depth knowledge of finance within a small to mid-sized company
• Professional experience across additional business disciplines including tax, law, HR, IT, and general management
• Experience in strategic financial management (KPIs, controlling, and reporting guidelines)
• Experience in the collaboration with tax authorities, internal and external juridical person 
• Strong affinity for IT
