Your Role

Are you a skilled coordinator with a passion for optimizing technical operations? We are looking for a Maintenance Planning Engineer to oversee and manage maintenance requests and ensure seamless coordination across all related processes. In this role, you'll handle everything from first-line support to third-line problem management, supporting long-term asset management, supplier coordination, and contract management. You will collaborate with the Manager Technical Operations Planning to prepare, organize, and plan all maintenance tasks, ensuring they meet agreed OLA and SLA standards.

As a Technical operations Planner, you'll manage the maintenance calendar, coordinate with contractors, and regularly update site management on performance and KPIs. You’ll also monitor the performance of contractors, address issues, and ensure maintenance activities align with safety and quality standards. Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree in a technical field or vocational training compared with professional experience in technical environment
  • 3 years’ experience as a technician in an (electrical or industrial) critical environment (e.g., full continuous factory)
  • Experience in project planning/scheduling and reporting or at least a similar administrative responsibility
  • Can see potential issues beyond current environment and pro-actively prepares. Analysis includes
    the ability to articulate conclusions and/or potential alternative solutions and often requires evaluation
    of intangible factors.
  • Fluent German and English
