The AXA XL Design Professional unit is looking for a motivated individual to work within our industry leading loss prevention and education department. This team member will serve as a resource for customer-facing education efforts. Work with team members in the development and delivery of value-added educational programs / content offerings to help customers reduce their incidence of loss. Drive innovation and differentiation efforts.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- A key driver of our success in the North American Design Industry is our ability to connect our Underwriting expertise, claims expertise and risk management consultants directly with key external core constituencies (clients and brokers).
- Industry leading value-added risk management and educational deliverables accessed through the AXA XL EDGE (our exclusive learning management system)
- Partnerships with the leading established professional services associations, such as the American Institute of Architects and the American Council of Consulting Engineers, and others
- The leading customer council and advisory group in the industry, Design Professional Risk Control Group (DPRCG)
- Exclusive relationship with our broker network Professional Liability Agents Network (PLAN)
You will report to Head of Loss Prevention and Education Department.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Develop new educational content (presentations, articles, case studies) and present new and existing presentations to customers and insurance agents
- Work directly with Claims, Underwriting, Loss Prevention Education, subject matter experts (SMEs), and Learning Management System (LMS) vendors to design, plan, and execute training programs and events
- Identify existing content that may be repurposed for virtual training and learning programs to be delivered via our LMS
- Research and recommend new training content and technologies when necessary
- Work with the DPRCG and the Industry Relations team to support education and risk management goals/deliverables
- Interface directly with brokers and clients to provide timely loss prevention and risk management advice
- Mentor and train new internal employees and external brokers within our distribution network
- Build relationships with counterparts in other AXA XL business units and seek out opportunities to collaborate on content and support AXA corporate goals
- Provide backup training facilitation support to other team members when necessary
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Moderate to extensive experience in a customer facing, risk management environment with experience in the construction design services industry or legal industry focused on this segment
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable presenting in front of large and small audiences in person and via webinar format
- Solid familiarity setting up and running webinars on at least one presentation platform like Zoom
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred; ideal candidate will be able to create content to be published online or in print media
- Self-starter that can work independently
- Critical thinking / analytical skills & demonstrated attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and administrative skills
- Ability to provide professional judgment in evaluating and recommending training options, tactics, and programs
- Change agent – ability to be flexible and adaptable when dealing with change by sponsoring and implementing the necessary changes
- Excellent time management skills where multiple large projects are successfully managed
- Excel in a team environment and be open to constructive feedback
- Bachelor's Degree
- Some travel (less than 30 percent) is required

The U.S. pay range for this position is USD 95,000 – 186,500. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
