In this role, you will manage performance, streamline workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key changes and system enhancements.

Your tasks:

• Optimize P2P processes by driving accountability and end-to-end ownership for responsiveness, quality, and effectiveness
• Manage performance through continuous improvement by measuring key metrics
• Review KPIs and supplier reconciliations, providing governance through regular reviews
• Partner with business units to embed spend policies and promote chatbot use
• Drive change by collaborating with IT and transformation teams to improve systems and supplier onboarding
